Tricia Trainor, Owner and President
Tricia formed Advanced Nationwide Research, LLC in September of 2004. The foundation of this business was based on her passion and desire to provide the best customer service possible, along with the loyalty and support of her customers, associates and correspondents. Tricia started in this industry in 1990 and has been a member of the National Public Records Research Association since 2001. Over time, she has succeeded in establishing herself as a very competent, qualified player in the public records research and filing industry. Her expertise, flexibility and professionalism have identified her as a leader in this industry. She is a firm believer that the customer always deserves the best possible service and that their experience should be exceptional from start to finish. This is accomplished thru the dedication, care and passion that Tricia exemplifies.
Melissa Bull, Senior Research Specialist
Melissa joined the Advanced Nationwide team in March of 2005. She is responsible for daily operations, staff training, as well as client and correspondent relations. She has excelled in customer service with her unique combination of attention to customer's needs and her dedication to making every transaction an exceptional experience. When not at work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her daughter by exploring the unique atmosphere of the Madison area and by camping with close friends in northern Wisconsin.
Cara Erickson, Research Specialist
Cara, research specialist by day, graphic designer by night, joined the Advanced Nationwide team in November of 2010. With a variety of past experience, an unrelenting Midwest work ethic and a burning desire to try new things, she has certainly stepped up to the plate learning the ins and outs of the corporate filing and public records research industry. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2006 with a Bachelor of Art's in French and from Madison College in 2010 with an Associate's Degree of Applied Arts in Graphic Design and Illustration. We here at Advanced have certainly benefited from her graphic design experience as she recently redesigned our logo and built our website. When she's not busy at work, she can be found partaking in some sort of board sport, hiking the trails at Devil's Lake or, on a mellow day, enjoying the atmosphere of one of her favorite local coffee shops.
Jesse Dahlke, Customer Service Representative
Jesse joined the Advanced Nationwide team in May of 2012 with a background in customer service management. He is responsible for handling client's request and the daily run to various state, county and government offices. He has acquired a significant amount of knowledge and experience as a customer service representative and is always eager to assist with making our client's job easier. When not at work, Jesse enjoys punk rock music and horror films.
